With its sharp, refreshing aroma, peppermint oil is recommended for opening the sinuses. It helps reduce discomfort associated with colds, flu, and common cold symptoms, supporting easier breathing and overall relief.

For body massage, it should be diluted at a ratio of 1%–5% with carrier oils. It can be used in oil burners or diffusers for air purification. Suitable carrier oils include Sweet Almond Oil, Jojoba Oil, Argan Oil, and Coconut Oil. Oral use is only recommended under doctor or specialist supervision and at prescribed dosages.

How to Use

• Add 4–6 drops into 20 ml of a cold-pressed carrier (base) oil and mix well. Apply to the body with gentle massage for skincare.

• To refresh and purify indoor air, add 2–7 drops to your oil burner, diffuser, or aroma stones.
